BORN GOAT/The House
THE HOUSE

A SMALL HOUSE BUILT FOR PERMANENT WORK.

Born GOAT is the sports marketing arm of Feeding Trends Media. We run a small partnership — three new clients a quarter, six disciplines, one signature on the work.

THE THESIS · I

MOST SPORTS MARKETING IN INDIA IS GOOD AT VISIBILITY.
WE ARE BUILT FOR INEVITABILITY.

The Indian sports economy has reached the scale where building a career, a league, or a brand requires more than coverage. It requires a coordinated strategy — narrative, press, identity, sponsorship, crisis, amplification — operating as one piece, not six vendors with overlapping invoices.

We built the firm we wanted to hire when we were on the client side. Senior-partner-led engagements. Three new clients a quarter. Outcomes measured in pipeline and standing, not reach and PR slides. The model is unusual on purpose.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES · II

SIX RULES WE LIVE BY.

I

The senior partner is the work

Every engagement is led by a partner personally accountable for the outcome. We do not run an account-handler model where you meet senior staff at pitch and never again.

II

We say no more than we say yes

We take three new clients per quarter. We turn down ten times that. Capacity discipline is what makes the work we accept actually good.

III

We do not plant or attack

No paid stories disguised as editorial. No hostile content against rivals. The short-term wins from those tactics carry a cost that takes years to repay.

IV

Outcomes, not hours

We bill on retainers and milestones. We measure on attributed pipeline. If a deliverable did not move what we agreed it would move, we say so and adjust.

V

The first conversation is unhurried

Free, structured, designed to be useful to you whether or not we work together. If we are not the right firm, we will say so on the first call.

VI

Crisis work is on principle

We will handle a sports crisis at 11pm on a Sunday. We will not handle one that requires us to mislead anyone we owe honesty to.

THE PARTNERSHIP · III

THE PEOPLE
ON THE WORK.

A senior partner leads every engagement. Names on the door are names on the work — there is no junior-team handoff after the pitch.
